Description:	Cartoon about tri-state fairs. The center of the cartoon depicts animals, crops, and foods which are exhibited at fairs by 4-H members. These include: corn, wheat, pumpkins, apples, jam, pickles, horses, cattle, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs, ducks, pigs, and sheep. The left side of the cartoon shows a Ferris wheel. In the top right corner there is a list of local fairs and their dates. Below this, there is an illustration of a grandstand where crowds of people watch horse and automobile races.
