Description: |
Dress Plaza, overlooking the Ohio River in downtown Evansville, is under construction. A digger excavates dirt and several huge water pipes sit next to the balustrade. A man in a suit who is standing on one of the pipes complains to a second man, saying that this is his favorite place to watch the river, which is higher than it has been in 3 years. The second man, who is dressed as a construction worker and holding a copy of the City Water Main Plan, tells him that the crest of the high water is yet to come and construction is almost finished. Knechts elephant rushes to answer a knock on the door, exclaiming that it is the Girl Scouts delivering cookies. Image Access WideTEK 25 Yeah!
