Water proof walls and basement, flood proof door etc. To use for mail truck official cars. Stairs or ramp each side. parking area. Opposite corner now vacant Dress Plaza Riverside Avenue. With a future possibility of adjoining half blocks on First Street being similarly developed and those now vacant on Riverside added to the plaza.
