Buffalo meat, barbecued in true western style at a great open pit, will be served to visitors to the Banff Winter Carnival on Monday night, New Years Eve. The barbecue, at which all those attending the annual snow frolic will be guests of the carnival committee, will be one of the feature attractions on a three-day program commencing Saturday.
