Description:	Cartoon promoting a pledge not to pay more than maximum legal prices for rationed goods or to accept rationed goods without giving up ration stamps. The woman shown on the pledge logo catches business owners who charge too much and post ceiling prices where they arent clearly visible. A flashlight shines on the black market. Customers at a store counter look up at a listing of ceiling prices hung at the top of the wall almost to the ceiling.
