Do not throw paper or anything in streets, parks, on walks, yards, or alleys. Nor things from autos as so many adults do. Stay out of other peoples yards. Keep out of victory gardens. Keep off soft and growing lawns. Stay on the walks. And this and other eves a topic for parents.
