Price, P 255 July 1810 Daniel Comer, p. 265 November Term Charles Suderil, p. 3 March Term 1811 Peter Jones, p. 29 November Term 1811 William Noy, p. 44 March Term 1812 Mary S. Derozeis, p. 45 Francis Antis, p. 44 Jonathan Marney, a notation states that the last 2 fines were paid. The statement is signed by the Attorney General G. W. Johnston. The Attorney General for the Indiana Territory G. W. Johnston states on June 24, 1812 that on the third day of the Court of Common Pleas to be held at Vincennes in the Month of July now convening he will make a motion for judgement against Robert Buntin, Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas of Knox County for the sum of $23.50. He further states that the amount is what Buntin is answerable to as certified by the presiding judge of the said Court of Common Pleas and to the Territorial Auditor by him as of June 24, 1812. |
