Description:	Antoine Chenet, imprisoned for debt, petitions the court to extend to him the benefits of the law of the Territory in regards to relief of insolvent debtors. Chenet provided a list of debt to the court. He asks the court to extend to him the benefits of the law of the Territory in regards to relief of insolvent debtors. Chenet provides the following debts he owes: Francois Bizaillon $50, Hyacinth Lassill $60, Laurent Bazedon $30, Charles Vilneuve $13, Alexander Nolle $11, General W. Johnston $11, Antoine Marshall $8, Elias McNamee $20, Antoine Druett $25, Nealy $2. A debt that is owed to Chenet is listed as $12 being owed by Joseph Latrive. The document was filed during the July 1810 term and was to be heard on September 1810 term.
