Civil court case in which Thomas Drinnen was suing Jesse Thomas for $120.00 damages. Thomas had allegedly contracted Drinnen in January 1803 to build a 1 1/2 story log house, 18 x 16, with jointed shingles. In return Thomas was to pay Drinnen with a mare worth $100.00. The house was not constructed. The jury found for the defendant. |
