Promissory note Charles Scott owes to A and J Fordice

Description: A promissory note to A. and J. Fordice or bearer for $25 signed by Charles Scott on June 18, 1841. In the note it is stated that 1/2 of the amount due is to be paid on order and the balance to be paid 2 years after that date. The note is signed on the back by Asa and Joseph Fordice. A notation on back states the amounts due as $25 and $2 in interest. The promissory note was filed August 15, 1846.
