On November 7, 1801 a recognizance bond was issued by Judge Antoine Marchall against Isaac Davis and Robert Gilmore. The bond for Isaac Davis was set at $300 and for Robert Gilmore the bond was set at $200. The condition of the recognizance bond is that Isaac Davis come before the court on the first Tuesday of February 1802 and to answer to the felony charges brought against him by Pierre Minard for the theft of a bay mare belonging to Guillame Lauremiere. |
