Description:	This is the Grand Army of the Republic application of William Conover, dated July 16, 1891. William first enlisted on May 4, 1864 as a Private in Company E 133rd Regiment of Indiana and was discharged on September 5, 1864. William re-enlisted on April 3, 1865 as a Private in Company D 156th Regiment of Indiana and was discharged on August 4, 1865. Information on who recommended Williams application omitted.
