Dutch penny wood doll

Description: This is a Dutch Penny Wood doll probably of German or English construction. The body is all wood and crude. The eyes, hair and mouth are painted. The doll is wearing a newer navy calico dress and hat. Overall the doll is in good condition and stands 12 inches (30.5 cm) tall.
Origin: 2004
Contributor(s): Hello Dollers Club of the Wabash Valley. The doll was found in a warehouse in England (date unknown).
