Description: Photograph of a womens auxiliary group (i.e. Womans Relief Corps, Archer Corps No. 31) marching to the beat of a womens drum corps. The majority of the ladies are dressed in white and carrying white parasols. They are marching on State Street in Princeton, Indiana and turning to go down Main Street. Behind them is a decorated truck. Both sides of the streets are crowded with people. Several of the buildings are flying the American flag. The light post are decorated in patriotic bunting with the initials GAR. At the corner there appears to be a viewing stand with children in it holding small American flags. There is a man leaning out a window at Walsh Decorating Co. Other buildings that you can see are: Economy Variety Store, Purdy Confectionery, McCulloughs Cafe, Princeton Water & Lighting Co., Book Shoe Shoppe, Applegath, J.C. Penney Co., and Peoples American National Bank.
