Description: This is a black and white photograph of an unidentified World War II soldier in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The location is identified by the writing at the bottom of the photograph. The soldier stands on a board walk in front of a wood frame building covered in felt or tar paper. During World War II, the Army Air Corps had a technical training command school in Sioux Falls. Open from 1942-07-06 until 1945-05-11, it trained radio operator-mechanics. This item was donated by the McCue family.
