Nelson Sparrows takes William Rollins and Julia Rollins to court on December 27, 1851 for nonpayment of a debt they owe him. Sparrow charges that he performed work and provided him with building materials for a building erected and in Rollins property built on lot number 487 in the borough of Vincennes on which he owes him a balance of sixty three dollars and twelve cents so he intends to put a lien on the described premises. A notice was read to William and Julia Rollins and a copy was left with them and a record of the transaction was filed in Book R. page 704 by Elihu Stout, Recorder for Knox County. On February 19, 1852, William Rollins agrees to the settlement of paying thirty dollars and sixty five cents within six months to settle his debt with Nelson Sparrow. |
