On the 1st of May 1840, Sarah Davis and Thomas Walker came before a Justice of the Peace and said that they are indebted to the State of Indiana for twenty five on a recognizance bond. The bond is because Sarah Davis had to come before the court on an assault and battery charge against Barbara Harcutter. |
