Description:	The probate record for Sarah Harness is housed in Box 39 of the Knox County probate records. It can be found at the Knox County Public Library’s McGrady-Brockman House. A written document was filed on November 10, 1845, Martin Anthis and Azira Kuykendall were named as the administrators of the estate. Other items in the file are: An allowance due to Sarah for debt due her deceased husband from John Barkman administrator of her husband’s estate. A debt due her for boarding, washing and nursing of burial of Sarah, court fees, administration fees, and settlement of the estate.
