THE NORMAL ADVANCE89HELP US FIND THEMFollowing is the list of our graduates for theyears 1896, 1897 and 1898. Some of these, ofcourse, can be easily located, but we must depend upon our Alumni over the United Statesand our student body to help locate the greaterpart of them. Give it your attention. This isnot a hobby with us, but a sincere desire tostrengthen the feeling of friendship betweenclassmate and classmate, and arouse in all aninterest in I. S. N. New life has entered intoour institution and every day brings forthsome proof of the ultimate success of our undertaking. The Terre Haute Alumni Club haslocated about two hundred of our studentswho are living in this city. Several of theclasses are considering reunions and in all probability the close of this school year will witnessa reunion of one of the classes of the 80s. Oneday in Commencement week has been set asideas Alumni Day on which there are to be noschool affairs except those pertaining to ourAlumni. Last year on this day nearly everyclass from 1872 to 1890 was represented by aspeaker in the General Alumni Day exercises. The class of 1906 also held a reunion at whicha great number of its members were present. So you see the movement has taken on newlife and is bound to succeed. We are receivingnearly every day, letters and cards from ourAlumni giving us information about theirclassmates. The task is a big one, however, andin order to locate the nearly three thousandmembers, it is absolutely necessary that we havethe fullest co-operation on the part of ourgraduates. Write immediately so that it willbe possible to make the Alumni number of theAdvance to be published in June, 1909, one ofthe most interesting and valuable numbers everpublished at I. S.
