Description: Paper written by David Albert entitled, A Renewed Dual System for Education in Three Public School Systems of Saint Joseph County, Indiana: A Review of Incidents and Developments, Relevant Law, and Significant Bodies of Research from the Second Half of the Twentieth Century and the Beginning of the Twenty‐First. The paper explores how segregation in schools and housing evolved in South Bend from the 1950s through the first half of 2001. The paper appears to be a thesis, however, there is no information about who Mr. Albert is excepting a business card identifying him as an Attorney At Law practicing in South Bend, nor is there information on whom this paper was prepared for nor its purpose.
