Interior of the La Tour dining room, located atop the Indiana National Bank Building from 1970-1989. When it opened in 1970, the building was the tallest in the state and the restaurant was located on the 35th floor. The dining room seated 140, all with a spectacular view of the city, and the menu was French cuisine. Fun fact: A young Wolfgang Puck worked at he restaurant as a line cook in 1973, before moving to Los Angeles. |
