Description: View looking northwest at buildings surrounding Circle Park. Handwritten on the back: Indianapolis. Looking North & West from Fletcher Bank East Washington St. Feb. 5 - 72. From the left is a house next to Plymouth Congregational Church, which faces North Meridian Street adjacent to the Talbott house located on the southwest corner of Meridian and West Ohio Streets. In the northeast quadrant is Christ Church, the William H. Morrison House, and the Bishops House (parsonage occupied by the rector of Christ Church). In the foreground are roofs of buildings in the southeast quadrant. Fletchers Bank was a four-story structure located at 30 East Washington Street.[See also image ia-0555-0147 for a similar view.
