Leas Letter to Allen Hamilton

Description: Letter dated June 3, 1851 from Luke Lea to Allen Hamilton informing Allen Hamilton that his request to postpone the confirmation of a deed claiming the transfer of land from Black Loon, the son of Joseph Richardville, to James Aveline had been granted and no action would be taken until he, Lea, had time to investigate the accuracy of the transfer.
