Description:	On February 2, 1836, John B. Richardville transferred for the amount of $1000.00 property to Allen Hamilton, John E. Hill and Cyrus Taber. Hamilton and Taber are to share half of the land and Hill is to own the other half of lot number 42 on the original plat of Fort Wayne. Deed recorded February 27, 1836 in book B, page 23 in the Allen County, Indiana records.
