Rodeheaver Auditorium 1962

Description: Back: Top left printed script reads, AUDITORIUM, Winona Lake Christian Assembly, Winona Lake, Indiana, Home of the Worlds Greatest Bible Conference. Body of message reads, 7-31-62, Dear Girla - Rode up here last Saturday. We are enjoying the lovely music and weather has been good so far. Wondered if you are coming up. Guess you get your vacation in the winter. Love, Albert & Anna Wood. Addressed to, Misser M. & F. Tillson, 614 N. Franklin St., Greensburg, Indiana.
This Auditorium replaced the original wooden Auditorium, and was built on the same plot of land. The new Auditorium was completed around 1960. It has a capacity of 1,300 and is air conditioned. The Winona Lake Christian Assembly built this because the original was in decrepit condition and they had plans to have cold weather conferences. The name of Homer Rodeheaver was added to the facility after Grace College acquired the property.
