The writer tells of shopping at the Zondervan Book Store. The Grand Rapids publishers outlet was a popular store in the business district. This Auditorium replaced the original wooden Auditorium, and was built on the same plot of land. The new Auditorium was completed around 1960. It has a capacity of 1,300 and is air conditioned. The Winona Lake Christian Assembly built this because the original was in decrepit condition and they had plans to have cold weather conferences. The name of Homer Rodeheaver was added to the facility after Grace College acquired the property.
