Constructed of Bedford limestone and concrete, Clowes Memorial Hall is nine stories tall and officially opened on October 18, 1963. A zoning variance was required as at the time of construction, buildings in the area were limited to a height of 50 feet. From the southeast corner of the building, the balcony above the front entrance is visible. |
