Well, at least itseemed like a very long trip. When we got to thechurch [where we were to stay], I thought it was anairport. I was amazed by how big it was. There werethree or four escalators. And it was basically the firsttime I had gotten lost in a building trying to find theroom. After we set up our mats and sleeping bags wewent out to play a game of kickball in the dark. Ithought it was neat because you couldnt see anything.Then we came back and brushed our teeth, got in ourpajamas and went to bed. At first I got a little homesickand cried for a while but then I stopped and went rightto sleep. The next morning we went out to the same fieldthat we had played kickball at. We had Cheerios andjuice or milk.After that we drove to the Louisville Slugger Museum.Our tour guide showed us how the factory made bats.My favorite part was when they used a machine tomake the form of the bat. While the machine wouldrun across the piece of wood, juice would come out.Before that, we went to a place that had all differentkinds of things and we split up into groups of two, threeor four and went all over the place.
