Description:	Girls Sports Programs Flourish at BHSSMrs. Georgiabel Tidd and MissDarby Dees along with the help ofMr. Bill Froliger provided an opportunity for the female sex to excel inteam sports.The varsity Volleyball Team,established this year, won 13 games,while losing only five. The teamwon the IHSAA sectional, followedby the regional match. In state competition, the girls placed third out ofmore than 200 teams.The varsity Basketball Team,coached by Miss Dees, played aseven game schedule and finishedthe season with four wins and threelosses. The reserves, coached byMrs. Tidd, ended the season with a1-4 record.The GAA Swimming Team ledby Coach Ed Talley, competed instate competition late in March.The Golf Team putted the way toa successful season, achieving fifthplace in the state finals.
