The woman to the right represents Liberty, and wears the Liberty Cap and holds the Liberty Pole. The names of the original 15 states are featured in the border. The central scene shows two men on the banks of a river with two buildings in the background. Impressed on the back of the plate inside a circle is a crown and the letters ___DSHIRE, CL___, + WARRAN__. America and Independence |
