The Anderson Loan Association built this three-story structure on the southeast corner of 10th and Jackson Street. In 1968, the corporation changed its name to First Savings of Madison County. This building was demolished in the late 60s and replaced with a 12-story structure on the same site. The building is the current home of First Merchants Bank (formerly Madison Community Bank.) |
