Adlers Cincinnati Cheap Store

Description: Caption: This building erected at 116-118 W. Washington St., (north side square where J. C. Penneys store is today--1968) by C. F. S. Neal. East room first occupied by Phil Adlers Cincinnati Cheap Store. A hardware was in west room. Building burned Feb. 6, 1903, as did the Cason Bldg., on the west. the Cason-Neal Bldg. was put up on the site later in 1903 and it, too, burned on Sept. 3. 1944. In 1886-1887.
