Caption: The Higgins Block, a two-story, two-businessrooms building at 101-103 North Meridian street, on the northeast corner of the intersection of Main and Meridian streets, was built in 1889, by William L. Higgins, a Lebanon horse trader and live stock dealer. The picture is from the anniversary edition of the Lebanon Pioneer, published March 28, 1895.
