Description: This picture shows 316 W. Riverside, home of the J. E. Glossbrenner family, 312 W. Riverside, home of the Paul Voigt family, 310 W. Riverside, a vacant lot at the time, and 304 West Riverside, home of Mary R. Voigt just as the waters reach their ground floor entrance steps. People can be seen standing outside at 312 W. Riverside. To the far right, just beyond the trestles for the Big Four bridge is 228 W. Riverside Dr., the home of Eleanor Liston and Mary Ferrier.
