Description: This photograph show Jeffersonville under water, from approximately Market Street to north of the Quadrangle. While the roofs of two and three story homes and businesses can be seen, the object that most stands out is the square shape of the Jeffersonville Quartermaster Depot Quadrangle, at the top center of the page.
