The Roosevelt Building, completed in 1923, was located at 9 North Illinois Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. Featuring a decorative terra cotta façade, the 12-story building, designed by the Vonnegut, Bohn, & Mueller architecture firm, was constructed as office space for the Libby Realty Company. The Roosevelt Building was home to various tenants over the years until in was closed in 1989 and demolished in 1990. The Conrad Hotel was constructed on the site between 2004 and 2006. |
