Curtis Armory, completed around 1898, was located on the northwestern corner of Senate Avenue and 16th Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. This photograph shows men posing with artillery in front of the armory beneath a large American flag. In the 1960s, the building became Cordie Kings Castle, a beauty salon, fashion shop, and model and charm school for women. The building was demolished in the 1970s. |
