Shown is an area in Jeffersonville, Ind., bounded by Court Ave., Wall St., Eighth St., and Walnut St. The leased plot is on the corner of Wall and Eighth streets. The blueprint also shows several railroad tracks leading to various named businesses south of Court Ave.
