Beam House Exterior

Description: This photograph shows the Beam House, located on Wagner Road in Porter, as it looked in the early part of the century. William Beam, a superintendent at one of the Porter brickyards, built the house in 1883. The Beams lived in the house for only a short time. John Busse bought the home in 1902.
