4/12/1965 pg. 24 Volunteer workers and firemen carried victims of the Midway Trailer Court disaster away from the scene shortly after a tornado devastated the trailer park, overturning and demolishing trailers right and left, causing many injuries and deaths. All the victims who could be found were removed from the scene, then cranes and other large pieces of machinery were employed in further intense searches of the area. |
