Description: |
Built in 1918 at 120 West Lexington, the YWCA is another design of architect E. Hill Turnock. The building served the YWCA until 1973 when it moved into the new joint YM/YWCA building. Oaklawn Psychiatric Center took over the building until about 1990, when current owner and historic advocate Craig Fulmer purchased and beautifully restored it. Mr Fulmer resides on the top floor. |
