Dispatcher informs caller the siren is coming from the volunteer fire department. Dispatcher calls police dispatcher to inform them about the volunteer fire department siren near Washington and Tibbs. 9) Woman having trouble breathing at 1618 E Southern St. 10) Sick elderly woman at 521 S Holmes.
