Following are the calls on this dictabelt: Third floor apartment fire at 2060 N. Delaware, 1:33pm; Caller requesting the protocol for requesting emergency numbers.; Telephone repair company call.; Request for police at 2060 N. Delaware.; Second alarm fire and need an ambulance at 2060 N. Delaware.; Fire at 615 N.
