This is a digitized recording of a dictabelt, which the Indianapolis Fire Department used to record dispatch calls during the 1960s and 1970s. Following are the calls on this dictabelt: Call at 22nd and Alabama; Caller asking for directions from E. LaSalle to E. Kessler; Louie Vallant? talking to Miller; Don Bollinger to say he would be at the Meridian Drive-In Theater at 881-3950; Pullman called looking for a couple of addresses, 5700 Block of Port of Prince and 5700 block of Port of Hope Drive. Dispatch located the address at 100 N. and 5700 W. and 3030 N. and 5700 W. off of Rockville Rd.; School 47 on Warren and Ray a bed in the nurses office on fire. Engine 19 dispatched at 7:34pm; 30th and Keystone, fire department on the scene, car accident with injured woman, ambulance dispatched at 7:38pm.; Officer from the sheriff’s office trying to locate fireman Edward Fox.; Officer Clark reporting a PI accident; 220 Hendricks Place, house fire.; 1625 Central, fence and garage fire; Emerson and Nowland automobile accident.; 1319 N.
