District three is at Hygrade plant fire, significant personnel and equipment is still engaged at this site. 2. Phone off hook at Pershing and Ohio Streets. 3. Phone off the hook at box 387. 4. Caller relaying message from Chief Van Zandt about proper space formatting of teletype messages. 5. Dispatcher calls Teletype Company to ask about previous issue, describes problems and tries to arrive at a solution. 6. Phone off hook at 38th Street and Dearborn Street. 7.
