Harrison, William Henry, Vincennes, to William Eustis, Secretary of War

Description: Harrison reports on the political atmosphere in the Territory. Tecumseh and The Prophet continue to make demands regarding their former ownership of land in the Territory. The continued arrival of settlers from Pennsylvania and Ohio looking for land caused the territorial legislature to ask Harrison to seek title to more land from the Indian tribes.
