Harrison and Pfrimmer enter into agreement to partner to run Harrisons mill and distilling business in Spring Mill, Harrison County, Indiana Territory, for five years, starting April 1, 1810. The agreement states that Pfrimmer will move his family, son Samuel, and son-in-law John Winter and family, to Spring Mill, and that all profits arising from the farm, stock, grist and saw mill, and the distillery to be erected will be divided equally between Harrison and Pfrimmer. Agreement witnessed by William Smith. |
