Harrison, William Henry, Governor and Commander in Chief of the Indiana Territory, to the Sheriff of Knox County

Description: Harrison declares that the sheriff of Knox County will open a poll on Monday, June 9, 1806, at the courthouse to elect a replacement for Benjamin Parke in the House of Representatives.
John Gibson, Secretary of the Indiana Territory, also signed. The offical paper seal of the Indiana Territory is affixed in the upper lefthand corner.
