Cranstone and his brother visited relatives in Richmond, Indiana, from December 1859-January 1860. Upon his return to England, Cranstone used his sketches to produce detailed watercolor and oil paintings. Exhibited as part of Treasures from the Collections - Celebrating 175 Years: 1830-2005. Third rotation.
