Morgans Raid Map

Description: During the Civil War Morgan’s raiders entered Ripley County, Indiana in July 1863. They looted Rexville and Versailles, seized weapons, burned bridges, tore up tracks, captured a telegraph operator at Osgood, went on to Milan, and camped overnight at Sunman before fleeing the state.The map illustrates Morgans route through the four states.
